We are a team of passionate Early Childcare Educators who believe in the power of play.
Tiny Little Explorers was born from a simple belief: the home is a child’s first playground.
We understand how crucial play is in the early years of a child’s life and through play, children learn about the world around them, develop essential skills, and build the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
As childcare professionals, we have firsthand the incredible impact that play can have on a child’s development and are committed to providing high quality resources that are educational and enjoyable .
Our mission is to support and enhance children’s play at home by providing a wealth of information, activities and resources that are easy and affordable.
We are based in Hong Kong SAR but we work with parents, caregivers, professionals, organisations and brands around the world.
About Kim
Kim Banks-Smith is a qualified early childhood teacher and newborn care specialist with over 20 years of experience supporting families worldwide.
Kim has helped care for more than 200 families, including 26 sets of twins and 2 sets of triplets. Kim holds several Bachelors Degrees in the field of Early Childhood Education, Teaching and Children and Family Studies.
As the Founder and Director of Elite Childcare Consulting and Elite Helper Academy in Hong Kong, Kim is dedicated to empowering parents and caregivers of children aged 0-8 through evidence-based, play-focused coaching, workshops, and consulting on newborn care, sleep training, developmental milestones, and parenting abroad.
