It was founded by Kim, a qualified Early Childhood Teacher with over twenty years of experience supporting families across Hong Kong and Asia. Kim holds degrees in Early Childhood Education, Community and Family Services, and Teaching, and has spent two decades working directly in family homes – with newborns, with toddlers in the thick of the tricky years, with school-aged children navigating friendships and big feelings, and with the parents and caregivers who love them.

That experience shapes everything about how Elite Childcare Consulting works. There is no one-size-fits-all package here, and no assumption that we know what your family needs before we’ve spoken with you. Every family arrives with a different history, different values, and a different set of pressures. The starting point is always a conversation.
